The 2026 Steel Horse Rally roars into Fort Smith, Arkansas on May 1st and 2nd, 2026 and a limited number of vendor spaces are still available for the 2026 charity event.
The Steel Horse Rally proudly welcomes more than 80 vendors to from around the country to the three Steel Horse Rally Vendor Areas. The Vendor Application & Map for the 2025 Steel Horse Rally are available on the Steel Horse Rally Become A Vendor page. Plus, the vendor application is now available on the Steel Horse Rally webpage: www.TheSteelHorseRally.com with a direct link on the Become A Vendor page. Due to limited space, if you are interested in being a vendor, please contact the Steel Horse Rally Inc. office before completing the Steel Horse Rally Vendor Application so we can make sure that we can accommodate you. The Steel Horse Rally is proud to help local charities
The Steel Horse Rally Inc. is a non-profit organization with the mission of helping local charities and organizations that benefit children, veterans and/or the local community. The Steel Horse Rally Inc. helps raise thousands in donations for local charities and charitable organizations. The SHR Inc. has also donated food, supplies, and volunteer time to several local charities and gives organizations a unique opportunity for charities to interact with the community during SHR events. Each year, local charities are given the opportunity to apply to be recipients of donations raised at the upcoming Steel Horse Rally and to apply for informational booth space. Thank you to all of the charities and organizations who completed and submitted the 2026 Steel Horse Rally charity applications before the Dec. 31st, 2025 deadline. The Steel Horse Rally Board of Directors will notify organizations in early 2026 that have been selected to be recipients of charitable donations or booth space at the 2026 Steel Horse Rally.
