The 2026 Public Guardians LEMC Poker Run
OFFICIAL STEEL HORSE RALLY RIDING EVENT
Friday, May 1st, 2026
- Registration from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM in Fort Smith at Chuy's of Fort Smith located at 6818 Rogers Avenue, in Fort Smith, Ark.
- Last Bike/Group Ride will go out at 12:30 pm
- Prizes will be awarded to the highest and lowest chip total. Highest total prize award amount will depend on the number of riders entered.
- $20 per player. $5 chance to draw the 100 point chip at the finish line.
The Public Guardians Poker Run helps officially kick off the Steel Horse Rally. This great ride for a great cause takes you through scenic roads throughout the area and helps the Steel Horse Rally Inc. charity and the Public Guardians Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club. Chuy's will be open early for the poker riders!
The Route (See Map Below):
You will draw your first 2 poker chips (Numbered 1-50) at Chuy’s. From there, go east on Rogers Avenue (Hwy 22) to Rattlesnake Rd just east of Charleston. Take Rattlesnake/Hwy 217 to Hwy 23 and Hwy 23 to Booneville. First
stop is at Jam Mart in Booneville. You’ll get Chip 3 there. Then, proceed south on Hwy 23 to Hwy 71. Take 71 north to the 71 Express in Mansfield. You’ll get Chip 4 there. Then, take Hwy 71 north, through Fort Smith, to the Steel Horse Rally Main Stage Area in the First National Bank Parking Lot at 6th and Garrison where you’ll get Chip 5 and have a chance to draw for the 100 point chip.
Ride length: Approximately 87.8 Miles; Estimated time to ride route: 1 Hour and 56 minutes.
