I am making the commitment to volunteer before/during and/or after the Steel Horse Rally and understand I will be assigned/scheduled for certain tasks where my help is needed. I also understand that, when asked, I will help where needed and take breaks/meals at scheduled times in order to best help the Steel Horse Rally Inc. I am over the age of 18 and will have a current photo ID with me when volunteering. I have read and understand all of the rules while volunteering including dress code, respecting all laws, and returning any items borrowed from the Steel Horse Rally Inc. promptly and in good condition. I understand that there is no drinking of alcohol or being under the influence of any substances while volunteering. I am committed to being on time, courteous, and will conduct myself “in the spirit of the Steel Horse Rally” to help the charity and honoring all who serve. I will not hold the Steel Horse Rally Inc. or any of its staff, volunteers, employees, representatives, sponsors, charities, bands, or vendors liable or responsible for any theft, damages, losses, illness, death, or injuries incurred before, during or after the Steel Horse Rally in which I am volunteering; I understand that there is no fee for volunteering however charitable donations to the Steel Horse Rally Inc. are appreciated. I understand the code of conduct and what is expected of me by the Steel Horse Rally Inc. staff and designated group leaders; I am committed to being positive, helpful, and making the Steel Horse Rally a tremendous success. I understand that I will be contacted by e-mail and/or phone about my assigned volunteer tasks and if I have any questions, I will contact the Steel Horse Rally Inc. office.
