to help local charities
The Steel Horse Rally Inc. is a non-profit charity that is proud to "honor all who serve" help local charities and the local community. Our mission is to help local charitable organizations that benefit children, veterans, and the local community. Each year, local charities can to apply to receive a portion of the donations raised at the upcoming Steel Horse Rally. The SHR Inc. also donates food, clothing, protective gear, ice, supplies, informational booth space, and volunteer time to local charities. Charities must submit applications which are carefully reviewed by the Steel Horse Rally Inc. Board of Directors. The board selects several charitable organizations to receive charitable donations and/or informational booth spaces.
The 2027 SHR Charity Application
Charities and charitable organizations have the opportunity to apply to be a recipient of a portion of the charitable donations raised from the 2027 Steel Horse Rally. The 2027 Steel Horse Rally Charity Application will be available from Nov. 1st through Dec. 31st, 2026.
All applications will be carefully reviewed and by the Steel Horse Rally Inc. Charity Board of Directors, who will select organizations to be the recipients of a portion of the charitable donations raised from the 2027 Steel Horse Rally. All applications must be received by5 p.m. on Dec. 31st, 2026 and an announcement will be made in Spring of 2027 about the charities/organizations selected to be donation recipients. The 2027 SHR Charity Informational Booth Application
Informational booth space is a unique way for charitable organizations to interact with the community and thousands of vistors during the Steel Horse Rally. The Steel Horse Rally Inc. charity donates several informational booth spaces during the annual Steel Horse Rally. Interested charities may apply by completing the 2027 SHR Charity Informational Booth Application and the SHR Board of Directors will select local charities to receive informational booth space at the 2027 Steel Horse Rally from the completed applications.
All charity info booth applications must be received by 5 p.m. on Dec. 31st, 2026. An announcement will be made in Spring of 2027 about the charities/organizations selected to receive informational booth space.
